EXPERIENCE

CLASSES FOR KIDS

Together with Chef Sofya, inspired chefs, starting at the age of 3 years of age, travel the world, “Exploring the World Through Cooking.” Every class is design to teach inspired chefs infamous dishes of 35+ countries.

Each dish is always made from scratch and tried on the spot. During each dish’s preparation, chefs acquire cooking techniques - slicing, sautéing, assembling and making a dish, discovering importance of ingredient’s nutritional value and learn each country’s traditional ingredients.  

While cooking, inspired chefs always “visit” infamous sites, “visit” museums, learn cultures, geography and conquer a language or a dialect of each dish’s origin and play international trivia. Chefs become Food Aficionados AND Dancers, mastering a traditional dance of each respective country transforming the class into a perfect combination of cooking, virtual travel and fun.

CLASSES FOR ADULTS

Every class carries an international vibe. During each class, participants make three to five dishes of the country chosen for that particular class. Each dish is always paired with wine and apéritif.
