How well does your child know the ETIQUETTE?

ETIQUETTE is not just about using a fork and a knife. ETIQUETTE is a proper way to carry yourself around other people, carry a conversation, have proper manners at the table and treat others.

SO, does your child know ETIQUETTE?
If you had to think for a moment, I would say, probably not.

And this is where I come in.
During this class, guests will be served a 3-course meal with a drink. I'll teach each guest how to set up the table, properly sit and what manners to use at the table, what utensils to use for each dish, how to pass food around the table and how to carry a conversation with others at the table.

During this experience, we will "travel" around the globe and learn various culture's etiquette and play international food trivia.

Foodies will be making French Onion Soup, Chicken Parm with a Twist and Brigadeiros, AKA Chocolate Truffles, while sipping on wine.

SERIES OF CLASSES - WONDERS OF GREEK FOOD for 21+yo

If you love Greek Food these classes are for you. If you would love to “travel” with me to various parts of Greece, these classes are for you. If you enjoy Ouzo, these classes are for you. In this series of classes, we will be making food from different parts of Greece. The reason I know they are the staple of Greek cuisine is because I just spent 2 weeks in Greece, travelling to different islands, meeting amazing chefs and enjoying their food and wine.

FIRST STOP - NAXOS! They are known for its high-quality agricultural products including Olives, Wine, Cheese, Potatoes, Traditional Pies, Stuffed Zucchini and Tomatoes.

During this class, you will enjoy making TZATZIKI, SEAFOOD SAGANAKI, TIROPITA, STUFFED TOMATOES and GREEK POTATOES from scratch, while sipping on wine, meeting new people and listening to Greek music.

Price: $110. Includes all supplies, ingredients and wine.

If you love CREPES, this class is for you!!

If you love PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE (Eggplant Parmigiana) with a Twist, this class is most definitely for you.

And then if you love PAVLOVA, well then, you simply cannot miss this class.

Bring a friend! Bring a spouse! Bring whoever you love to cook, eat and sip wine with.

It's a hands-on class. Every dish will be made from scratch. Once all dishes are made, all participants will be dining together.

All supplies, ingredients and wine are included in the price of the class.
